I am a graduate of Yorkville University’s Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) Program and a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Prior to counselling, I worked as an engineer in Vancouver, BC and a Learning Support (Special Education) Teacher for the Ottawa Carleton District School Board.
Like many trauma specialists, my work is underpinned by my own recovery and reparation of relationships. I consider it a great honour and a privilege to accompany others in their journey toward wellness.
I am the mother of two adult children, owner of a labrador retriever, an avid knitter, an outdoor enthusiast, and a local chorister.
